Socials are a great way for parishioners to participate in the Church. We average one social event per month, starting with a Mardi Gras gala before Lent. Coffee hours after the 10:30 service are held in the winter months. Each May we hold an outdoor picnic where we have an opportunity to greet many of our returning summer residents. Musical concerts held at the church provide wonderful ways to socialize with fellow parishioners. In the Fall, we have informal Sunday evening services that feature regional gospel music followed by a supper. The first Tuesday in October, we hold the annual meeting and dinner in the parish hall. We end the calendar year with a Christmas tree trimming and carols party in Hines Hall the first Tuesday in December. Periodically, Foyer Groups are held in members’ homes June through October. Throughout the year, Mah Jongg, AA meetings, and yoga classes are held in Hines Hall.
