Church of the Good Shepherd
Graveyard, Memorial Garden, & Columbarium
Planning your Funeral and Burial Service is an important step in creating your legacy. We offer the below documents as a guide in this process. We also encourage you to have conversations with your family about your wishes and plans. We are available to help you through this process. Please return the completed Memorial Service Guide to the church office. We will keep it on file until such time that it is needed.
We are honored that you are considering Church of the Good Shepherd to be your final resting place. We know that this is an important decision to you and your family and we want you to know that we are here to help you during every step of this decision. We currently offer burial space in our graveyard and ash memorial garden. Below you will find links to the policies regulating our graveyard and memorial garden as well as applications to purchase a plot in either the graveyard or memorial garden. Please return the completed application as well as your deposit check to the church office.
Church of the Good Shepherd's Columbarium is currently under construction and will be completed in 2021. The form below can be used to reserve a niche.
Columbarium, Memorial, Meditation & Sun Garden Project
We are so pleased to announce that in the fall of 2020 we will begin the construction phase of expanding our current ash memorial garden, adding a columbarium, adding a meditation garden, and adding a sun garden! Details of the project were presented at our Summer Parish Meeting and a recording of that meeting can be found here. So many of our parishioners have generous hearts and have asked how they can contribute to this massive project. Below is a list of gift opportunities that are available as well as a form to complete when making your gift. Please return the completed form as well as your gift check to the church office.
